After a brief hiatus, HSSW is back and will be reviewing Will Holland’s LAND OF ECHOES. As some of you may recall, we have explored this series before as the CREE CHRONICLES, based on the novels by Daniel Hecht.
Time: 7:00 – 9:00 EST. As usual, we’ll meet virtually. So, join us from anywhere!
Genre: Psychological thriller
Logline: A female investigator of the paranormal travels to New Mexico to help the principal of a school for gifted Navajo children find the cure for a boy possessed by an entity that’s gradually destroying him. But to do so, she must contend with a mining company CEO bent on shutting the school down and a psychiatrist insistent on treating the boy with drugs.
About The Author: Will Holland first became hooked on writing screenplays in 1978 when he saw Breaking Away and decided a comparable movie should be made that featured international cross-country ski racing. He’s gone on to write a script about the ski troops of the World War II U.S. 10th Mountain Division and for the past few years has become deeply involved in writing adaptations of novels written by his friend Daniel Hecht.

Hope to see you Monday and stay tuned for workshop details!
