On Monday, November 16th, we’ll be reviewing Genine Tillotson’s comedy sketch, Next Great Hire.
Log line: In this sketch comedy an assortment of recent college grads, under the guidance of an inept reality TV host, attempt to find jobs in an unfriendly and overcrowded employment market.
“Many years ago I was hired to create a serious Career Services video. In that story the earnest, young job aspirants all found terrific jobs after following six easy steps. As I was writing and directing that I kept thinking how things might actually pan out in real-life. Rack forward 25 years and I just had to take a stab at something absurd but balanced with kernels of truth.”
The meeting will be held at 66 Winthrop Street in Cambridge, at 7:00 p.m. Dues are $15.
