HSSW Jump Starts the Semester with Bob Tremblay’s Feature Script HEARTSTRINGS on 9/12

We start the new semester with a brand new script from longtime member Bob Tremblay, his first dramic feature project ever. So we hope you’ll join us virtually on 9/12.

Logline: When a struggling musician falls in love with a supremely gifted violinist, her troubled past imperils their relationship.

About the Author:

Bob has written more than 20 screenplays in multiple genres, including co-writing the script for The 6th Amendment, an award-winning short film available on Amazon Prime. He has also been a CineStory finalist for his black comedy Jack the Messiah, a Stage 32 finalist for his romantic comedy Death Gets a Life and a Stage 32 semifinalist for his sci-fi script Redfeather. Death Gets a Life was also optioned.

Bob is a longtime member of the Harvard Square Script Writers and the former film critic for the MetroWest Daily News. He is also a member of the Boston Society of Film Critics.

He graduated magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa and with honors in music from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA.

He has also received certificates from the Sorbonne in Paris where he lived for three years.

Bob grew up in Wellesley and now lives in Waltham.
