LOGLINE for the TV/Streaming Series Counterblow:
In exchange for her daughter’s life, a resistance fighter agrees to a tycoon’s demands that she infiltrate and destroy the utopian State of Contentment – an idyllic society founded on the principle that all marriages must expire every 7 years.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR: A movie lover since watching The Russians Are Coming! as a child, Cohen-Fyffe chucked her baby products business in 2011 to become a screenwriter.
She’s since written ten features including two on assignment, three that have been optioned, and one that garnered her representation.
Her other scripts have placed in screenwriting competitions, including Austin, Page, StoryPros, and Creative World Awards.
Her favorite past times are watching movies, traveling, and drinking wine; not necessarily in that order.
